1. Reservation Confirmation:
- All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the hotel.
- A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking for all rates or packages.

2. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made within the specified time frame to avoid penalties.
- The cancellation policy varies depending on the rate and package booked.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges equivalent to one night's stay.
- Bookings made through OTA partners like MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, etc., can be cancelled only via them.
* Refunds are processed immediately but might take upto 15 days to reach your bank.
* No refunds for early departures.
3. Check-In and Check-Out:
- Check-in time is typically after 2:00 PM, and check-out time is before 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges.
4. Occupancy:
- The maximum occupancy per room is as specified in the reservation.
- Additional guests may incur extra charges or require an upgrade to a larger room.
5. Special Requests:
- Special requests such as room preferences, dietary restrictions, or additional services should be communicated at the time of booking.
- While we strive to accommodate all requests, they are subject to availability.
6. Payment:
- Payment for the reservation, including any additional charges incurred during the stay, is settled upon check-out.
