Hotel Policy for Providing Proof of Identity: 

1. All guests checking into the hotel are required to provide a valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in. Accepted forms of identification include Aadhaar card, passport, driver's license, or voter ID card.

2. For foreign nationals, a valid passport with a valid visa is mandatory for check-in. Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholders may also be required to present their OCI card.

3. The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in to guests who fail to provide a valid proof of identity or whose identification appears to be forged or tampered with.

4. In case of group bookings, each individual guest must provide their own proof of identity at the time of check-in. The primary guest who made the booking must also present a valid ID along with the booking confirmation.

5. The hotel may make a photocopy or scan of the guest's identification for record-keeping purposes. This information will be handled in accordance with the hotel's privacy policy and data protection regulations.

6. Guests are advised to carry their original proof of identity with them at all times during their stay at the hotel. Failure to produce a valid ID upon request by hotel staff may result in refusal of services or eviction from the premises.

7. The hotel staff is trained to handle guest identification information with confidentiality and professionalism. Any concerns regarding the handling of personal data should be brought to the attention of the hotel management.
